Why we do this

Built for the Car Business.

Around here, automotive isn’t an industry you have to learn. It’s in the plants, on Woodward, at the dealerships, and in families who’ve spent generations building, selling, and driving cars. We grew up around it too.

That means we understand the pace of the car business. Inventory changes. Competition moves fast. And standing still isn’t much of an option. The work has to keep up, grab attention, and give people a reason to choose your store.

Seven years and 40+ dealerships in, we’ve learned what works, what holds attention, and what helps move metal. But we’re still enthusiasts at heart. We like the cars, we like the work, and we like helping dealerships win.

The Team

Your Pit Crew

Everyone’s got their lane. Everyone knows the account. Small crew, tight operation, no passengers

Phillip Pearson

Owner

Phillip’s spent the better part of a decade in the automotive world, from helping launch the Bronco and shooting PRI to working with OEMs, Tier One suppliers, and dealerships across the Midwest. He brings that experience to the dealer level, helping GMs and GSMs turn video strategy and ad management into an advantage in their market. He’s a Motor City guy at heart: loves the cars, moves fast, works hard, and likes to win.

Ryan Bricker

Marketing Strategist

Ryan keeps the whole machine pointed in the right direction. He looks at where the dealership wants to win, who needs to hear the message, and how video, media, and the rest of the marketing spend work together to get there. He’s usually asking why before anyone starts talking about what to make.

Ethan Trombley

Video Strategist

Ethan keeps a pulse on the lot and turns it into the next shoot. He’s looking at inventory, what’s moving, what needs attention, and what’s already working to build a video plan that makes sense for the store. Then he watches the numbers to make sure the next one hits even harder.

Ally Nickert

Project Manager

Ally keeps the whole operation moving. Shoots booked, approvals moving, revisions handled, deadlines hit. She keeps the crew on pace and makes sure nothing gets stuck waiting on an email, a calendar, or somebody to hit send.

On location

In. Out. On the Feed.

We know the dealership doesn’t stop because we showed up with a camera. We keep shoots lean, move fast, and work around your team to capture what we need without slowing down the store. The result is sharp, social-first creative built to get attention and keep your inventory and service lanes moving.

In the Edit

Built for the Scroll. Turned in Five.

This is where the footage goes to work. Fast hooks, tight cuts, platform-ready formats, and stories built to earn the next few seconds of attention.
We’ve made hundreds of dealership videos and know the car business doesn’t wait around. Neither does the content. Every shoot is cut, finished, and into your ad campaigns within five business days, ready to compete for attention.

How we work

Built to Keep Your Store Moving.

A crew that knows your store.

Same team, every month. We learn the lot, the people, the inventory, the service offerings, so we spend less time getting up to speed and more time making work that matters.

Creative that earns attention.

Every shoot is built around the feed, not the film festival. Sharp creative, strong hooks, and cars that look the way they should, all designed to give your store an edge in a crowded market.

We follow the numbers.

The work doesn’t end when the ad goes live. We watch what gets attention, what drives action, and what falls flat, then bring those lessons into the next shoot. Every month should make the next one better.

Let’s Talk Shop.

Twenty minutes. No pitch deck. Tell us about your store, your market, and where you want to win. We’ll show you where we’d start.
